Refund policy
Ordering
When ordering please be sure to indicate what days you will need your item by. When counting days, make sure you are counting business days. We are closed weekends and holidays.
Custom Items
Since most of our products are specifically customized to individual customers, I DO NOT except exchanges or returns. Please be sure you know what you are ordering. There will be NO REFUNDS issued. Shipping delays or lost items are not a reason for a refund. Once items are shipped it is out of my control.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue.
All Christmas ornaments are glass (unless specified). Handle with care. There are no replacements or refunds for ornaments that are broken. If it was a shipping issue please contact us immediately.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
All of our custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products) can not be returned. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
SAFETY
Children tend to be a little rougher on shoes than adults. Rhinestones, Pearls and/or other elements may break off. Please supervise children wearing these such designs. Small parts can be a choking hazard, so NEVER leave a child unattended wearing any custom item.
Refunds
Tutus By KaE LLC has a NO REFUND Policy. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. There are No Refunds. By making a purchase from Tutus By KaE LLC website you acknowledge that you have read and agree to our NO REFUND Policy.
